Igloo created a television and video channel for Coral Expeditions to showcase their premium cruising experience to a new audience of wealthy Australians. We started producing video for the digital and social assets of the business and then migrated the content to a national television series which runs on Network 10 in Australia. The Expedition content program has increased passenger numbers by 13%, overall revenue by 32% and cumulative web traffic +7000%. It’s currently under consideration for an international content marketing award.

The Placemakers is a specialist television and video format that helps owners and managers of the world’s best spaces tell better stories and reach larger audiences. Our clients use the content we produce to help communicate vision, secure DA approvals and investors, on board tenants and manage stakeholders. 

 

The Placemakers is also a consumer facing education program that explores how innovative development and design can improve the spaces we live in. 

 

The television series has run on free to air in Australia since 2017 and is currently screening as in-flight entertainment on several airlines across Asia Pacific.

Food Thinkers

Breville IPTV, in-flight entertainment, online video

"At Breville we invested in monthly video stories and our own channel because the strategy allowed us to cost effectively build a direct connection with a consumer audience and position the Breville brand alongside the best chefs, baristas and mixologists in
Australia. We worked with Graeme Thomas and igloo media on a format, metrics and a distribution plan which included email, in-flight entertainment and YouTube...Having Australia's leading chefs demonstrating the "food thinking" that went into our new products, built value into the Breville brand, increased sales, created a sustainable differentiator for the business and was a key driver to Breville becoming market leader across all kitchen categories during my time as company CEO"

Breville Food Thinkers is a database video and in-flight channel that features Australia’s leading chefs making signature dishes on location using Breville appliances. The stories were sent to 380,000 via EDM to the Breville database. They also ran as in-flight entertainment on Qantas and Jetstar flights where the program built to a cumulative audience of 1.8 million viewers per 5-minute episode. The program was created and produced by igloo media. It ran monthly for 3 years and won 2 international content marketing awards.

13 x 30-mins. Igloo migrated the Luxury Escapes online travel retailer to also be a regional television franchise that ran on Network 7 in Australia and A+E networks across Asia in 2016 and 2017. 

 

The series was Australia’s first luxury travel program and was shot on location in Australia, Fiji Thailand, Vietnam, Bali, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, USA and Mexico. 

 

The series won Gold in the Mumbrella Travel Awards for the best use of native content in 2017 and has sustainably differentiated the brand from its competition.

13 x 30-mins. News Corporation chose igloo to migrate their popular newspaper supplement into a television and video format. 

 

We worked with the News Ltd editorial team along with Qantas and Jetstar to produce 13 x 30-minute television episodes that ran on Foxtel in Australia and was later licensed across the region to National Geographic Channel.

 

The content also ran as in-flight entertainment on Qantas and Jetstar flights and reached a larger cumulative audience than any other travel show in Australia.
